Vision of Kolektory Founders

Upon the establishment of the firm, the founders adopted client approach principles which have been promoted and maintained since the beginning of operations. The upholding of such principles is one of the main responsibilities of the firm.

Among the chief principles of the employees of the firm vis-à-vis its clients are the following:

  • Good sense in negotiation
  • Meeting arranged conditions
  • Achieving the highest quality levels of work
  • Reasonable prices while maintaining quality indicators
  • Providing services in the shortest possible period of time
  • Maximal limitation of effect upon life environment
  • Consideration to residents and buildings during activities
  • Following national legislative norms and technical regulations
  • Lowering as much as possible negative effects on clients of problems as may appear while providing services

In order to realize the above-mentioned principles in practice, the following rules were applied to organization of the firm:

  • The tenet of maintaining the legality and principles of the body politic, which are themselves based in adhering to obligatory legal regulations, laws and other provisions and duties directly related to business (Such include, in particular, safety and security, workplace safety, fire protection and safeguarding life environment).
  • The tenet of quality control as an inseparable element of steering on all levels.
  • The tenet of economy and maximal effectivity requires each employee to budget carefully with consigned resources, materials, energy and fuels as well as with work hours in such a way that damages, downtime and non-productive expenses are precluded.
  • The tenet of one single, responsible manager corresponds with the reality that each employee has his or her own direct line manager from whom orders are received and to whom responsibility for fulfilment is owed.
  • The tenet of maintaining the good name and reputation of the firm and the confidentiality of business practices.
  • The tenet that “he who manages also checks and controls” assigns to leading employees the obligation to regularly check and control the fulfilment of work obligations by subordinate employees.
