Quality policy

The quality management system in accordance with ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001 norms is understood to be the basic level of system organization, the attainment of which is a necessary condition for the activity of the firm but in no way fitting to the harmonious functionality of all firm systems.

Quality policy was formulated by the management of the firm with a view to the easy comprehension of all employees; A ten-point guide – The Ten Golden Rules – contains the main thoughts and ideas of the system and all employees are regularly acquainted with its wording.
